The configuration is not good, please give a configured environment, let me run directly, too distressed!

I had been working on some improvements to the deployment process and didn't quite have them ready when you opened this issue last week. Those improvements are now out. Follow the updated instructions in the README to start a new project from the latest template (v0.1.5 or higher) to get a build and deployment process that will handle creating the correct Plugin directory automatically.
