I tested this template with resolution 360X640 (Galaxy X5) chrome dev tools. The template has a horizontal scroll at that resolution.

Can't recreate the horizontal scroll using Chrome dev tool (Galaxy X5). Maybe clear your Chrome cache to see what happens?
