Use Tychos magic version number 0.0.0 for the feature version in the updatesite category.xml

Using Tychos magic version number 0.0.0 (instead of 1.0.0.qualifier) for the feature referenced in the updatesite category.xml would let Tycho replace this version number automatically during the build.
