Covers not downloading

I just upgraded to v0.3.3 and covers aren't downloading. Sometimes there is a cover_or_extra_page image file and sometimes not. If there is, it has always been the blank 2nd page and the 3rd page comes up a psge 2. I've attempted three different manga so far.

Same here. Getting no covers.
