VT_DISALLOCATE: Device or resource busy

If I run physlock on a latest Arch Linux I got an error log:
physlock: /dev/tty0: VT_DISALLOCATE: Device or resource busy
Sometimes the screen is just black without the login prompt. But enter a password unlocks the system.
Somtimes the screen is still visible but locked and typing the password unlocks too.
I have not checked it with any other device at the moment.

For me this is solved now.
I guess it was a dependency somewhere. Everything works fine now.
