Cannot transfer call outside Hunt Group

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a hunt group (7000) and add some users (1000-1005).
2. Call the hunt group (7000) from other extension (1020).
3. Pickup the call on extension (say 1000).
4. Transfer the call to any user (say 1050) outside the hunt group.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The call should have been transferred to the correct destination, i.e. 1050,
but the call is transferred to either of the following:
1. Members of the hunt group.
2. Timeout destination.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1. FusionPBX Rev 3127.
2. Windows Server 2008 R2.
Please provide any additional information below.

A few versions back ring groups were improved to cover all hunt group features
and then hunt groups was then retired. Ring groups are easier and a far better
design. Please migrate to ring groups if you haven't done so already.
