Quest "Setting up a shop" in Bloodmoon expansion is not available. The shop (Smith in this case) is already up on raven rock. Checked with new game, straight to solstheim same problem occurs. Reinstalled app and new files copied didn't solve it. This happens on both stable and nightly builds. Android 10, P30 Pro.
