Touch controls have had issues for a couple of months now on android

Closed this issue · 1 comments

Describe the bug
It seems that if using touch screen controls on the app (most updated version of OpenMircowave and OpenMicrowave Nightly) the controls stop functioning correctly. If using the left stick to move and the right stick to look around at the same time, the camera jerks to the ground instantly. I haven't been sure what's causing this issue, but it began once I updated my Samsung S10 to the newest version of its OS back in March. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, and only recently (as of the May 9th update of the regular app) OpenMicrowave now says it no longer supports the galaxy S10, which seems odd seeing as it's one of the newer android phones. However, Nightly doesn't display this note.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Look around and attempt to move at the same time, it causes issues unless you are already moving before you touch the right-stick.

Expected behavior
If you load into a game in either app, and attempt to use the touch controls to look around and move at the same time, the camera will suddenly jerk to a completely opposite direction, most often the sky or the ground. This seems to only occur if you are already looking with the right movement touch stick and then attempt to use the left movement touch stick. I've had the problem since March and it seems to still be an issue. I saw another review (besides mine) on Play Store that mentioned this issue as well.
