Desync with bosses & 2-4's hand sometimes softlocks random people

Sometimes the bosses HP desyncs between everyone and they beat them at different time. For example, I beat Gabriel but it doesn't go to the other players. Sometimes the HP doesn't go down for others at all, and then when I beat the boss, the HP for them just goes to zero.
2-4's hand sometimes softlocks people, and I don't know how it selects people, but it's infuriating everytime.
