[Feature Request] Titlebar - Disable background color change on non-focus

Currently the custom-electron-titlebar is changing it background color if it has NO focus
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be perfect if we could disable this on-focs vs on-non-focus setting in custom-electron-titlebar.
this is currently not supported.
