Email form currently uses formsubmit.co, which is slow and unresponsive. Alternatives are
getform.io (free but capped at 50 submissions)
formbackend.com (free but no email notification when someone submits)

another alternative: formkeep.com (sends summary of all submissions once a day, deletes 30-day old submissions)

Formkeep is fine for now. Alternatives left in commented code if the need arises.
