Success-scenario 1:That the administrator entered some updated information, then the un-updated information will be kept and only the updated info will replace the old info.

failure-scenario 2:
 That the administrator updated all information, then all of the old information will be replaced by the updated information.
failure-scenario-3:
That the administrator updated some/allninformation,but the updated info data type was not correct. Then the retailor will be notified to enter the info correctly
