How to post property listing on Zillow

As our requirement is 

We are on the way to building the system in which we are posting the properties.
Basically our system is based on Renting System in which we have three roles like Landlord, Renter, and Agent.  The landlord will post the properties on our website and the renter will find and book.
So now we need to render our properties on your platform so that more renters can reach our website. 

So this is our main requirement. Your guidance will be highly appreciated.
