All I see is:
❯ geesefs --debug --debug_fuse --debug_s3 s3-bucket /Users/nathanpierce/geesefs-registry
2023/03/31 10:29:12.387610 main.FATAL Unable to mount file system, see syslog for details
Yet the system log has nothing. What should I do to figure this out?

You can try to start geesefs with -f argument. It will print everything on the console in that case
