Java 8 support for SonarCloud analysis will be removed in October 2020 => should be switcher to Java 11

Currently no JRE v11 on https://teamcity.jetbrains.com agents => wait & see https://teamcity-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360009818320-JDK-v11-on-https-teamcity-jetbrains-com

https://teamcity.jetbrains.com agents have been updated (Ubuntu 18.04, with JDK v11). Template configuration updated, to validate on next PR or build.
