Wrong path to save config

Plugin has been installed to .local/share/gedit/plugins/smart_highlight but it
save config to .local/share/gedit/plugins/smart-highlight/config (undercore in
smart_highlight).
I fixed this by changes value of vairable APP_NAME in smart-highlight.py (37)
