Custom CSS support

Was just wondering if someone would be interested in adding custom CSS support so people can use themes as you can do with Discord client mods like BetterDiscord and browser extensions like Stylus.

I was browsing around and saw that https://github.com/ArmCord/ArmCord is using https://cumcord.com to make this work. The name is definitely iffy as hell tho.

The name is a joke, if you don't feel safe using it . Use GooseMod which is in settings.
