Force feeds to not Load Full Text

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add the option in the Feed edit section to prevent fetching "Full Article" completely or enforce that Handy will not fetch the full text for a specific feed if "Load Full Article" is disabled (not checked).
I noticed that even if "Load Full Article" is disabled, then you click on "Reload All texts" Handy will still fetch and load the "Full Text"

it refreshes the list and applies any new filters to feeds that I added.
Alternatively, you could make an option that only applies or rechecks the feeds with filters.
I click "Reload text" because when I add a custom filter like "reject category: Opinion", "reload text" re-initializes the articles list that is on the device and apply the new filter, thus removing articles with the category "Opinion".
Some articles I've noticed only have tags with "original text", so when "reload text" is pressed, it loses those category because reload text, automatically does "Full text".
So, I'd like to have an option that either re-initializes or checks through the articles already on the device and apply the new filters, so in this case, the app would look through the articles for a specific feed and remove articles with the category "opinion".
I hope this is a clearer explanation.
