Shelly Plug 2? (EU 3500w variant) OTA to Tasmota failed 1/2 devices

Hi,
Just tried flashing 2x Shelly Plug 2 but only one of them came back after flashing as AP with Tasmota behind it, am I doing something wrong, is this a bug with my unit or are there multiple HW revisions I don't know existed?
