Payment Expiration Date Mode

We need to make the expiration date MM/YY in label, if we accept two digit years (which we currently do).

OR

We need to restrict acceptable to MM/YYYY and restrict the year to 4 digit (which we ALSO accept right now).

Doesn't look like the API gives you an option to restrict the year digits to 2 or 4 characters.
