Hi, I try installing YMC for vim on FreeBSD 14. I compiled successfully with the --all flag on Fedora and Ubuntu.
But on FreeBSD I get:
make[2]: stopped in /tmp/ycm_build_7pc728t1
5 warnings generated.
1 error
make[3]: stopped in /tmp/ycm_build_7pc728t1

I know that FreeBSD is not officially supported, but I would appreciate any hint.

@robert-winkler You did not paste the actual error, nor the commit hash of ycmd that you are using.
Either way, you can tell YCM to link against your system abseil.
