Add Github login

Adding a github login lets Seafood know who's logged in and enables features like: automating vault\strat sms PRs, saving favorites and other user settings outside the browser.

• Register seafood app: https://github.com/settings/applications/new
• Add oauth callback endpoint to seafood's api (to request gh access token)
• UI (login/profile button)
