Bug: User cannot withdraw yETH

What happened 🆘
User clicks to withdraw yETH either single token or balanced amount.
Withdrawal button is greyed out (see images).
To Reproduce 🔂
Recreate this with users wallet.
More 🔎
- browser : chrome
- wallet: metamask

On last check, user had staked yETH. To be able to withdraw, regular yETH must be used

Had a new report of this issue.
User using Coinbase web3 wallet and Coinbase web3 browser on iOS.
User assures me they are not staked.
Please DM me for wallet address.
