0.91 does not build on FreeBSD

Hello,
I'm preparing to update the FreeBSD port of fxite to 0.91. However, the checkout from the FXITE-0_91 tag does not build.
helptext.h and help_lua.h are not there. Are they supposed to be generated from the .txt file by the configure phase?

The build works for me on FreeBSD if I use "gmake" but for some reason the FreeBSD version of "make" does not pick up the rules to generate those headers.
Maybe the "Makefile.am" file should be re-written to be more portable, but I don't know enough about the various flavors of make to do this.

great, I could have actually tried with gmake. No big deal, I'm putting gmake as a build depend and be done with it. Unfortunately I know less than you do about autotools in general :)
Anyway, I just updated the port to 0.91!
