Missing icons when theme is applied

For some reason if I apply this theme many icons are just not shown (Dolphin, Discover, etc.). If I apply other icon packages like Win10X or Win11-black, everything works fine. The problem is with this particular set of icons. I'm on KDE Neon User Edition.

For additional information: I double-check, and the problem persist when using the installer, however I download the themes from KDE Store, everything works just fine, no missing icons.

This makes me a little at a loss, because the installation steps of the icons have always been the same. If there is a problem, then everything may be wrong.

Since this problem does not appear to be affecting anyone else. I am going to close this issue for now.
