How to repeat a header over more than one slide?

Let's say I have a header in my markdown

## header example
a lot
of text that
cannot fit on one slide
and bleeds into a second slide
but the second slide only contains the text
but should also contain the "header example" again
without having to provide the header again as in 
the gaia.md example file

And if the text is more than one slide length, i want to have the text go to the second slide and also have the same header repeated on the second slide. How do I do that?
