Can't extract Marp 0.0.14 download

Trying to extract the download of Marp 0.0.14 via tar xvf I get:
tar: locales/am.pak: Cannot open: Permission denied
And many more of the same error. Any file that's within a directory.

Thanks for your report. I have confirmed that 0.0.14 archives for Linux have the permission problem about directory.
It seems to like to the case reported in sindresorhus/gulp-tar#15. The current archives were generated by Windows.
As a workaround, I'm going to update Linux releases into re-built archives.

@puffnfresh We've updated Linux archives to fix the directory permission. I confirmed to work tar xvf correctly in each tars. We apologize for the broken archives.
