The 128 x 128 PNG image for 莵󠄃 U+83B5 U+E0103 (03Ha) is "negative" (white glyph on black background); it is apparently the only one so in the Hanyo-Denshi collection...

Thanks for the reporting. This is a known issue of IVD code chart and we leave it here for simplicity
