10e4cd7 should be reverted after the following is done:
- Add delegates support to app yiisoft/app#186
- Add delegates support to app-api
- Add delegates support to demo yiisoft/demo#347
- Add delegates support to demo-api yiisoft/demo-api#50
- Add delegates config to yii-cycle yiisoft/yii-cycle#106
- Add delegates config to yii-filesystem instead of yiisoft/yii-filesystem#20
