There is no guide. But installing modules is the same everywhere. First install the composer package, next enable the module. I skip the part on DI compilation, deploy modes, static content and caching, because I trust you are very familiar with these. The composer name is yireo/magento2-custom-graph-ql-query-limiter (found in the composer.json file) and the module name is Yireo_CustomGraphQlQueryLimiter (found in the registration.php file).
