Excluding packages beeing bulk replaced doesn't seems to work
➜ xxx git:(70-replacement) ✗ composer replace:bulk:add yireo/magento2-replace-bundled
Do not forget to run "composer replace:build" afterwards

Actually, replace:bulk:exclude
and replace:bulk:include
didn't exist yet. Even worse, it should have been replace:include
and replace:exclude
. This will be included today in a new release. And the docs will be fixed! Thanks for notifying!
