What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not config.php file in ZIP 2.0.2 and not many other files
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

In the past, downloads were available as ZIP files. However it was cumbersome
to keep them updated, so now you need an SVN client to grab the code.
