Add option to skip "admin message"

Hi,

I upgraded from 2.7 to 2.7.3, and now each time I start the application, I do have the AdminMessage created in this commit

I do understand the purpose (defined in issue #4 ) and understand the non-admin limitation, but I won't be able to start W10Wheel in admin mode due to local restrictions.

As it's a bit frustrating to click on OK each time, would it be possible to skip this message?
That could either be a command-line flag (let's say --skip-adminmessage) or an option in the right-click menu?

Currently there is no option to disable it. However, I think it's easy to add that option.
