Landscape View: reposition Level/Par text to appear to the side of the game board while in landscape mode.

There are also some other layout issues we will have to address for Landscape.

Do we fix this by specifying an alternate layout file (which is loaded during orientation changes)?

Yea.. we need a seperate layout-land/ folder with a redefined game.xml. I'm actually working on this now. I should have marked it sooner.

Added a better landscape layout for the game view. May need some tweaks before release.
