Can you tell me the Criteo example AUC score and logloss of the dlrm that you implemented?

We didn't do extensive hypterparameter search, so the performance is not optimal yet. You can directly use our script in tf2_examples/dlrm_criteo.py to easily get performance number and tune it as needed.
