VY video sort/view order setting doesn't apply to categories view

The "Default view order" setting for Virtual Y videos doesn't apply to the category view, screenshots below.

Reproduction steps:

1. Log in to the VY sandbox as an admin
2. Open VY settings /admin/openy/virtual-ymca
3. Set Virtual Y Video default view order to By Date (New-Old) and save
4. Navigate to Categories /virtual-ymca#/categories and select a category
5. Select the Filter button and note the sort order
