Played Ranger in 2nd Dungeon spot

Reported from BGG: I placed a Ranger in the Dungeon's second spot, to reduce the cost of a Twig Barge and play it for free.

This should not be possible, since you no longer have a second spot if you remove the Ranger. I think there are arguments to be made that it is possible, following the play Timing. However the designer thinks differenty, theme-wise it also wouldn't make sense I guess.
