Farm should house both wife and husband

After playing the farm, playing either the wife or husband fully occupies it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Play the farm
  2. Play the wife using the farm
  3. You now cannot play the husband for free

Expected behavior
You should be able to play the husband for free

Additional context
This was during a 4 player game.

I remember this working as late as last saturday (the 26th) but was not working on sunday (the 27th). However I was playing 2 player on the 26th, so unsure if that is relevant.
