Update chatbot contents with latest code

Chatbot files demonstrates working of Rasa NLU + Core chatbot. Rasa platform constantly evolves, sometimes making earlier code deprecated.
Need to refer to https://github.com/RasaHQ/rasa-workshop and update the code snippets mentioned in chatbot*.tex files, especially the Rasa Core part, with Custom actions.
Main compilation file for this are Mainchatbot.tex
