Tags not separating by comma

Describe the bug
I've added a new account in that I've added tags as social, network. It is showing as 1 tag on homepage.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
If there is any comma between tag it should show as 2 tags instead of one.
