Implement a dashboard page

The current dashboard page is boring - it shows some links to some common places (last block, simulator, contribution), but it shows nothing interesting that's going on with the network, such as recent blocks, recent transactions (not something we'd want, but still), node connectivity, or load or whatever other interesting statistics.
