[Arch] Moving Stairs will not move the rails with it

  1. Create 3D/BIM Stairs.
  2. Move them.
  3. The GUI shows everything is moving, but when it's placed, the rails remain in their original place.

This is a FreeCAD/Arch issue, not BIM. Unfortunately I can't move the issue to there, though...
