Add descriptive UI element for settings in the Dashboard
Currently, settings page of Dashboard allows users to modify project-related settings, but there is no description available to explain the functionalities of these settings.
�Platforms like GitHub, having a brief description for each setting would greatly enhance user understanding and usability.
