Wallpaper changer: multiple local folders

Describe your suggested feature
Allow to set multiple local folders. So the button should read always "Add directory" and list them above as chips.
This, ideally should retain the selected folders when swiching online-fav-local options, and remove each one with an option when you tap the desired chip.
