Cannot connect mobile device to client

I am using an etherCAT connection with youBot .I paired my device with the laptop bluetooth.When i run the youbotAndroid it waits indefinetly for connection after some time it prompts receiving data failed.Please help me with the issue.

hi, did anyone solve this problem, If so please message here thank you. Can connect but the program is not reading the phone. How to copy folder android and add Bluez development library?
