warp object (bank 0 object 20) should only apply at moment of crossing screen

some KS+ levels intentionally use a Trigger to delete the warp object to make a screen go from warping to non-warping. this doesn't work in yknytt, where a warp object being present at all will make the screen warp even after it's removed, rendering some levels impossible.
