Console history should ignore empty line

For now, the history in the console remembers the empty line (just pressing enter), which then gets referenced when pressing 'up', so one mistake leads to another when trying to use muscle memory to quickly switch some options. This is especially distracting when using a controller to play without a physical keyboard.

Please fix.
