Is it possible to add an option so that the menu stays always open.

@cmeriaux , It will be added as new feature to Options form later. User will be able to check/uncheck "Hide after focus lost" option. Thank you for feedback.

I'm also interested in this feature. I would like the main window to stay open even when activating a Notepad++ tab by looping through the displayed opened documents list and pressing enter.

Try to preview files using Shift + Arrow Up/Down.
I will add additional settings to keep the window open.
