Why is the global index always repeated?

What happened?
I believe I have completed the indexing, but after I restart, I need to re-index. However, I haven't made any changes to my files, and no settings have been altered.

What does this plugin base its judgment on for the need of a global index?
Every time I restart Obsidian, it takes about 7 hours to re-index, which is crazy.
Your vault must be reindexed to check whether any notes have been changed. But reindexing should happen fast the second time around. Can you enable Developer console logging in the advanced settings of the plugin and then take a screenshot of the logs shown in the console after you indexed the vault?
I've encountered the same issue as well. After lengthy indexing, it reindexes every time I reopen it, and the time it takes is almost the same as the initial indexing. I've taken a screenshot of the log after it reopens following the indexing completion for your reference.
Update again: When I opened Obsidian for the second time, and after the reindexing was completed, the following log appeared.
I experience the same and is also using ChatGPT 4o and not a local model.
