Filter Update: Block youtube "enhanced bitrate Premium" popup spam

Describe the issue
Add these rules:
youtube.com##ytd-popup-container > tp-yt-paper-dialog:has(ytd-offline-promo-renderer)
youtube.com##.opened
to block youtube's newest spam popup..
.opened is to block the black flicker when the main element is blocked every second you pause or seek the video.
or
youtube.com##ytd-offline-promo-renderer
youtube.com##tp-yt-iron-overlay-backdrop
same effect, tp-yt-iron-overlay-backdrop seems to be responsible for the black background flicker that occurs for less than a second.

ya it works fine, I been using them in my user rules for a while now & ya ur filter works fine in adguard..
been trying to get them added to one of the main lists that everyone uses since this some next level cancer spam from youtube.
